Our extensive practice refit is finally complete.
Patients have told us they love the new look; the level access to the ground floor test and instrument rooms, and they also appreciate the improved air conditioning - particularly in the hot weather!
Pictured below is our stylish new reception area.
We are finalising plans for relaunch events to celebrate completion and as a thank you for bearing with us during the inevitable disruption over the last few months.
Although the refit is complete we are continuing to change things for the better. We have plans to introduce new technology to enhance our spectacle dispensing service in the coming months.
We will also be launching our new audiology service in association with Amplify Hearing in the next few weeks. We will keep you updated as our plans progress.
Changes Within The Team
There have been a couple of changes to the Juul & Payne practice team in the last few weeks.
Jo Low (Practice Manager) has decided to move on. We thank Jo for her many years with us and wish her every success in the future.
Chris Clarke (pictured below) has taken over the role of Practice Manager in addition to continuing as our dispensing manager.
Jamie Edmondson has joined us as Optical Assistant / Receptionist. He will also be the main point of contact for our audiology service once launched.
We still have a vacancy for one more full-time Optical Assistant / Receptionist to join our close-knit, experienced and friendly team.
The role involves carrying out a wide range of patient facing tasks. Previous experience in such a role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
